Stakeholder Consultation Services

We’re good listeners. And we know how to get the information you need.

We’re here to help you find the people who care most about your topic, understand why it’s important to them, and what they think are the best policy outcomes. Our stakeholder consultation services include:

  • Facilitating public meetings & interest group consultations
  • Conducting key informant interviews and workshops
  • Organizing and facilitating focus groups

Among the dozens of evidence-based, values-driven stakeholder consultations we’ve led or supported are:

The Renewal of Trust in Residential Construction: Commission of Inquiry into the Quality of Condominium Construction in B.C.

We directed and managed communications support to 29 public hearings in Vancouver, Surrey, Victoria, Nanaimo and Kelowna, receiving more than 730 written submissions and hundreds more oral presentations by homeowners, industry groups and technical experts.

Access and Excellence: The Campus 2020 Plan for B.C.’s Post-Secondary Education System

We directed and managed the design, planning and execution of this provincial investigative project, reaching more than 23,000 people through a consultation website, gathering more than 200 written submissions, hosting more than 900 interested citizens in speakers’ forums in 14 BC communities, surveying 400 students, holding a 160-delegate Provincial Symposium at the Wosk Centre for Dialogue, and convening 14 roundtable policy discussions with business people, students, parents, and educational, multi-cultural and First Nations leaders.

Commission on the Future of Health Care in Canada

We provided communications management for this high-profile, 18-month schedule of stakeholder consultations with tens of thousands of citizens, health providers, organizations, researchers, administrators and practitioners across Canada and internationally.

BC HealthGuide & NurseLine Program

We provided communications management and support to an initial inter-jurisdictional comparison and analysis, facilitated numerous stakeholder meetings with key interest groups, negotiated strategic industry partnerships supporting the program, and managed the production and distribution of the BC HealthGuide publication and website to more than 1.5 million British Columbians.

BC Government Y2K Readiness Project

Our team directed and managed the design, organization and execution of a series of public and business information sessions and live webcasts (the BC Government’s first Internet broadcasts) preparing British Columbians for the technical challenges presented by the millennium date change issue.
